To achieve this, we are involved at various stages :

Dealing with public bodies such as the Post Office, telephone company, water board or electricity board. With this in mind, we assist you in choosing the appropriate subscriptions and contracts so that they are perfectly suited to your requirements.

Dealing with insurance companies for the purpose of taking out coverage and – in the event of a claim – we follow-up the paperwork until the final settlement.

We also deal with your post and any bills you receive and once we have checked them, we pay them from a bank account that you open for this purpose.

We do all the preparatory book-keeping for your auditor and if you do not have an accountant in France, we can put you in touch with our auditing firm.

We take care of the day-to-day maintenance of your property and we select the best contractors exclusively for the following services :

• Cleaning and maintenance of the buildings comprising the property.
• Garden maintenance
• Swimming pool maintenance.
• Air conditioning and heating maintenance.
• If required, vehicle maintenance.

At your request, we can organise one or more inspections per month in order :

• To make sure that the contractors working on your home have honoured their commitments and completed their work as required.

After having defined, with you, your tastes and your personal wills, we will ask for estimates, that we will negotiate for you. The objective still being to assure you an optimal service.

After you choose the architect or the companies you need, we will help you, if necessary, in every administrative formalities. We will then, with your agreement, start to pay the required down-payments before the work begins..
During the construction, we assure a complete control over the evolution of work, thanks to regular visits directly on the building site.
Each week, we will be present at the building site meeting, in order to bring you a complete progress report.

When extra works are suggested by one of the employed companies, whereas they weren't require onced at first, we will check the real need of this work, in relation with an expert.

We will transfer all of your instructions to each company, and we will strictly look after their right applications.
